New Feature: Customer Ratings and Reviews:
This feature will provide you the ability to get ratings and reviews from your clients once work has been completed. If you request review, your clients will be presented with the option of rating your experience out of 10 along with adding any comments and feedback in a box below. You will then easily share the reviews on Facebook or email.
You can view all your reviews in the reporting section of CloudBooks under client reports.
Where can I see all my reviews: In CloudBooks head over to the Reports tab -> Customer reviews. Here you will be able to see all your past reviews and you can filter them by date range.
Will I be notified if my client reviews me? We will send an email as soon as a customer submits a review.
